JT Sprockets and rearsprockets

 

Our sprocket and chain wheels come mostly from JT Sprockets, the world's leading manufacturer of gear and sprockets.
From each of our supply chain and sprocket wheels have been checked by the Vienna University of Technology to give you the best possible and consistent quality.

JT manufactures the sprocket and chain wheels are spinning, milling and drilling - to achieve the best way to guarantee the highest quality and the lowest tolerances and the best profile. After subsequent heat remuneration each article is manually checked - so JT Sprockets sets new quality standards in the motorcycle industry.

 

Different types - Various Applications​

 

Standard frontsprockets are manufactured using chromoly steel (SCM420)
MX-Sprockets selfcleaning, extra light sprockets for Motocross.
Sport-Sprockets with holes for weight loss
Rubber cushioned sprockets damping noise and chain impact

Standard rearsprockets are manufactured using C49 high carbon steel
ALU-Sprockets material 7075-T6 - High quality from AMAG/Ranshofen
ZBK Sprockets are additionaly induction-hardened with graphit optik
